
Am I eating too little or too much?
Breakfast:
Could be a bagel w/ cheese and sausage OR cream cheese OR one waffle w/ frozen berries OR one cup of honey nut cheerios w/ 2% of milk (usually I choose the cereal, but during my Holiday break I've been eating the bagel or waffle)
Lunch:
Usually a turkey (or salami) sandwich w/ little mayo/mustard and sometimes tomatoes w/ 2 small slices of wheat bread OR beans OR pb&j
Dinner:
Anything basically. But I was thinking to eat in smaller portions in order to lose some weight.
Snack:
Anything. I.e. Chips, cookies, bananas, etc.,
I don't take vitamin tablets, and I drink a lot of water and fruit juices. I am a 16-year old, approx. 5'5, and weighing at about 160 lbs trying to lose some weight, but be healthy (getting my essential nutrients.)

Well if you are trying to lose weight, always choose the cereal or waffles with fruit for breakfast, never the bagel with cream cheese or sausage, as they are high in fat and calories.
Sandwich is ok, turkey is better than salami, choose mustard not mayo. pb&j is high in sugar and calories, beans are good.
Dinner can be anything but yes, small portions.
Snack is okay as long as you watch the portions, fruit is always the best option for a snack though.
You should eat more veggies, they are filling and have tons of vitamins you need. They make losing weight easier because they fill you up and keep you full.
Your eating about right probably, just try to pick things that are healthier for you and control portions on things that aren't healthy.
